This is a very simple question. Is there any other class that uses spellbooks other than wizard? Do prestige classes that both Wizard/Sorcerer go into still require the wizard to use a spellbook? I'm sorry for my newbie questions. I'm just curious.

Archivists use a prayer book, which is sort of like a spellbook. Rangers and Paladins with the Sword of the Arcane Order feat also use wizard spellbooks, as do characters with the Magical Training feat.
Taking a prestige class will not change your reliance on the spellbook.

Thank you.
Wu Jen (Complete Arcane) use spellbooks exactly the way Wizards do.

Clerics with the spell domain get anyspell as a domain spell. This lets them prepare an arcane spell from a scroll or spellbook.
