So, I just finished reading Stardust, and for some reason I really enjoyed the use of poems to describe magic items... it just makes it seem more magical, for some reason.

For those who haven't read it, here was the rhyme used in Stardust.

How many miles to Babylon?
Three score and ten.
Can I get there by candle-light?
Yes, and back again.
If your heels are nimble and light,
You may get there by candle-light

I started looking around, and found this one for a Hand of Glory

Now open, lock!
To the Dead Man's knock!
Fly, bolt, and bar, and band!
Nor move, nor swerve,
Joint, muscle, or nerve,
At the spell of the Dead Man's hand!
Sleep, all who sleep! -- Wake, all who wake!
But be as the dead for the Dead Man's sake!

And I was curious if anyone else had across any other poems?

Well, there's one example (http://www.potw.org/archive/potw283.html) that's rather famous.
