Will CK2 run on 1.30 GHZ?

I know that the minimum requirements say 2.40 GHZ, but my laptop's rubbish, and the demo seems to work fairly well. I was planning on getting it in the inevitable sale this week, but I just wanted to be certain first.

The processor is not the bottleneck, usually. And clock speed doesn't matter as much as other things.

Also, the longer the game runs (and creates a history of dead characters, plus constantly ballooning courts due to many, many children) the slower it will be. The demo covers what, just one ruler? In 400 years it might be a different story.
