Contest I - Love's In The Air. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?398475-Slapdash-5e-Subclass-Challenge-I-Love-s-In-The-Air&p=18816519#post18816519)

This thread is to discuss ideas and get PEACHes for the Slapdash 5e Subclass, as well as any discussion of the concept in-and-of-itself.

Before anyone comments that less than three days is a bit of a short 'brewing time... that's the point.

Just got a 5e PHB and haven't managed to scrounge up the stuff for a DMG or MM, and sick as I am haven't actually managed to read most of it, but threw something together.

Is there and accepted format for posting subclasses?

Not as of yet; the way you did it looks fine, though.

EDIT: You might want to specify the class it's for, though.

Alright, added a part beside the name saying Fighter subclass and a bit about what happens if your Beloved dies (roaring rampage of revenge). And added clarification that your Beloved does not have to be Romantic love, a child or younger sibling works too, and potentially an extremely close friendship, the loyalty a knight in a medieval romance would feel towards their king, or other forms of Platonic love.

Even if the primary intent is for Battle Couples (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BattleCouple) and the classic chivalric romance archetypes, it can work for mama bear/papa wolf and simply the loyal knight to their liege.

The contest is over! The voting thread is here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?398991-Slapdash-5e-Subclass-Challenge-I-Voting&p=18829676#post18829676).

Out of curiosity, who would have participated if there was more time?

The next one will be in a new thread, which I will link to from here.

And it will be this Friday.
