Deities with Elf and war domain, that's favored weapon is a thrown weapon.

I'm trying to kill two birds for a throwing class I'm making, and I am having trouble finding deities

I'm not surprised.

Corellon Larethian is the typical Elf deity associated with the War domain. In the Forgotten Realms pantheon you also have Solonor Thelandira and Shevarash (Drow). None of these have a throwing weapon as their favored weapon. Good luck finding one that does, since throwing weapons in general are a rare find as a deity's favored weapon. Within the Elf pantheon there's Angharradh with a shortspear, Deep Sashelas with a trident, and Hanali Celanil and Fenmarel Mestarine with a dagger. None of these deities have War in their portfolio.
