Hey guys

I'm trying to build a DEX (and maybe WIS) based character, and I wanted to know how can I get my DEX as high as possible..

I can start my character at ECL 4, which means LA+1 are already bought off, but I wouldn't like more than LA+1 (Although suggestions are welcome)

I'll focus on a Confound the Big Folk build, so I intend to get tiny, but I can simply polymorph myself into a giant type race and buy some castings of return to nature to decrease my size.

This means that any high dex race is good, and templates are welcome, so I'm trying to reach something like +6 or higher in DEX, with templates and races with LA+1 or at most LA+2

jermaline from MM2 pg 131 is a playable tiny fey with -6 Str +6 Dex -2 Con -2 Int +6 Wis -6 Cha, and has a speed of 40 ft
LA 0.

you could add templates to it but honestly its good enough. since you are tiny you can use confound the big folk on medium creatures.

Race: Air Goblin (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/elementalRacialVariants.htm#airGoblins) or Lesser Wispling
Unseelie Fey (LA +0)
Shadow-walker (LA +1)
Dex +8
May be +10, if you take Deformity (Gaunt)

Where you got those numbers? :smallconfused:
Str: 2 for race, 2 for Unseelie. -4
Con: 2 if Air Goblin, 2 for Unseelie, and... 2 if Gaunt?

Another variant:
Beguiler as race (from Shining South)
Arachnoid Creature template (from the Underdark)
+10 Dex, -4 Str, -4 Int; LA +0

If you want a tiny +DEX critter with no –CON, you want the muckdweller, from Serpent Kingdoms (pg. 71). –6 STR, +6 DEX, –2 WIS, –2 CHA. Tiny size, Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat, good natural armor, a squirt attack that blinds people (with one of the very few DEX-based save DCs in the game), a bite attack, and some other goodies. (Even better, if you're an arcane caster, you can pick up a muckdweller as an Improved Familiar. Yes, even if you happen to be a muckdweller yourself.)

I'm a big fan of muckdwellers. Anything that gets 18 AC stark naked with zero investment at level 1 (assuming a 10 DEX pre-racial, you've got NA + 3, DEX + 3, size + 2, and that's before wearing armor or putting any stat points into DEX) is worth looking at. Best of all, they're LA 0, so you can still pick up an LA +1 template if you want one, though I'd personally probably just keep my class levels.

What about a muckdweller with unseelie fey template? I think it would fit my needs

My only doubt is: Can I use unseelie fey? I mean, it doesn't have a listed LA, only in the example critter..

@atemu1234: Faerie Mysteries is only appliable to elves

Any regional feat can be taken if you have 2 ranks in the appropiate knowledge local.

Bind Paimon for +4 untyped bonus to DEX (requires at least Binder 3).

IIRC, it is a racial feat, isn't it?

And I would really like to know if Unseelie Fey is LA +0 and where is it from. Is it from Dragon Mag or Forgotten Realms? Or neither?

I'm not really familiar with a binder :/

Unseelie fey is from Dragon Compendium, Binder from Tome of Magic. Have fun.

Now I want to make an Unseelie Fey Binder/Jaunter/Telflammar Shadowlord

Faerie mysteries is from Dragon Magazine#319

Unapproachable East p. 40. You can read about taking regional feats there.
