[3.P] Playing in a limited campaign, trying to get the most out of it

So I'm playing in a hyper-lethal Pathfinder game that's 10 point buy, average health rounded down, half character creation gold. Our race selection for rerolls and new characters is limited based on the current location of the party. My character will likely leave the party soon and I'm crafting a reroll but am unsure of how to get the most out of my limited options. Currently I'm the party's control caster/ debuffer (Oracle, dual cursed).
