[3.5] Aspect of Dispater

Hey all,

I'm looking to make an Aspect of Dispater for use in my game.

I'm aware of the CR 21 version in FC2, but I'm looking for one around CR 9 or so to be in line with the Aspects in the Miniatures Handbook.

Can anyone help me homebrew one, or know of an existing version?

The Fiendish Codex 2 Web Enhancement, on the archive page at WOTC:

has the rules for aspects of that level, for all the other archdevils besides the Miniatures Handbook ones. Including Dispater.
