Say I have a lvl 10 warrior, which gives me +10/+5 BAB. And I take 5 lvls on Ranger, which gives me +5 BAB

Do I get +15/+10/+5 BAB? Or +15/+10? Or +15/+5?

BAB is cumulative. You have +15/+10/+5, because the iterative attacks are solely a function of the first number (15) and not anything else.

Because they are both full bab classes you get bab of a 15 levels of full bab. Ie + 15 / +10 / +5. If you were 5th level warrior and 2nd level ranger you would get +7 / + 2 as a bab. If that makes it clearer.

Thank you very much!

So Manyshot would be at +11/+11, while Rapid Shot would be at +13/+13/+8/+3 Right?

That is correct. Or, you can opt for the 3-arrow version of Manyshot at +9/+9/+9, and next level, the 4-arrow version at what will be +8/+8/+8.

Building a Swift Ambusher, so I won't reach that +5 BAB beyond +6, I'm still debating how many lvls of each I'll dip into.

I'm not a fan of some of the Scout's abilities, like Woodland Stride or such, I'd rather get a variant, but not sure where to find those.

There's a great resource (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=7908) for that sort of thing. Unfortunately, Scout isn't a PHB class and has relatively little support from other books.

A nitpicky clarification that's worth knowing: technically, 10 levels of Warrior gives you BAB +10, and 5 levels of Ranger gives you BAB +5, for a total of BAB +15. You do get additional attacks at +10 and +5, but while those are listed in the BAB section of class tables they technically aren't your base attack bonus. Base Attack Bonus only refers to the higher number. This is relevant for things like Power Attack which are capped by your Base Attack Bonus, and don't decrease on subsequent attacks.
