Dal Quor?

Hello!

Anyone know how to physically get to Dal Quor, the Eberron specific plane of dreams?

Portals can be built and keyed to specific planes, but in the Dal Quor description it specifically states that the only way to get there from the Material plane is psychically through dreaming.

There's no way to get there from the Material plane, but from another plane?

Does anyone know a good way to get to Dal Quor, possibly by going through anther planes to get there?

Well it's never coterminous right? So you can't just find a manifest zone and walk there. Are there any rules saying you can't plane shift to get there ?

The description says there's no manifest zone anymore, it's part of the Eberron fluff for Xen'drick.

Plane Shift descriptor says
"From the Material Plane, you can reach any other plane,"

But the Dal Quor description goes out of its way to say that since it's not coterminous "the only way to reach Dal Quor from the Material Plane is through the psychic projection of dreaming"

I think Astral Projection will work if you travel through the Astral Plane to Dal Quor. Nothing in the fluff seems to prohibit this method.

10th level Quori Mindhunter can go there physically. You can also get a mindhunter to send you there through their special ritual (Although that gets you to a pocket dimension). MoE P77.

If the Mindhunter creates a demiplane and people can join him there, a Portal could then presumably be made to travel back and forth to that demi-plane.

Would the demiplane cease to exist when the Mindhunter leaves it? When he died?

The goal is to set up a small workshop in Dal Quor, linked to prime material plane with something like a portal, and use the timeflow differential (time on Dal Quor flows 10x faster than material plane) to create magic items in 1/10th the time.

All portals require unique keys to pass through them. The key for the portal to and from Dal Quor may be "you are not a Quori". That prevents Quori from using it for invasion. Remember, The Lady forbids the fiends from using Sigil as a staging ground for their Blood War. The Lady works in mysterious ways -- defy her at your own peril! :smallwink:
