So lets assume I've got a lvl 11 (ECL 13 with LA buyoff) Spellwarped Human Sorcerer who has taken the Craft Wondrous items feat and is looking to make herself into a Lich by crafting a phylactery and undergoing the various things necessary to become a lich.
Because of the Spellwarped Template, her type is Aberration with the Augmented Humanoid subtype.
Can she make herself into a lich because she has the Augmented Humanoid subtype or must she actually be of the Humanoid type (and not the subtype)?

Now let's assume that I have a lvl 15 (ECl16 after LA buyoff) Spellwarped Human Duskblade that has also managed to complete the Dragon Disciple PrC and has taken the Craft Wondrous items feat. What is this Duskblade's Type and Subtype and could he turn himself into a lich? (Assume he has the appropriate caster level required to do so.)

You got something mixed up with the LA buy off. It reduces LA and thus ECL.

Neither of those options work because the augmented subtype grants no ability to count as a different type. The Lich template requires the base creature to be a humanoid, not an aberration/dragon with the augmented humanoid subtype. Even if the template did not ask for a type, humanoid is still distinct from augmented humanoid, just like monstrous humanoid is distinct from humanoid.

Dragon may become a dracolich. Check specifics in Draconomicon and "The Ecology of the Dracolich" article in Dragon #344

To fix this problem, try the Human Heritage feat, which should reset your type to Humanoid.

The prerequisites are easy; after all, you can't say humans aren't descended from humans, can you? Or just state that since one of your parents was a human, you are a 'half-human'.

Basically this. Or you could get your DM to houserule in your favour.
