View Full Version : Losing my Marbles!

Hey guys, my character has been using marbles quite a lot recently and I was wondering if marbles are a one-use item.
After I use the marbles and they affect an enemy, do they remain in the square, available to affect another creature (or the same one)? Or are they destroyed, never to be used again? Or perhaps they are scattered, available to be collected at the end of the battle for re-use?
Any help or thoughts would be great!
Also any creative uses for marbles would be much appreciated!

Just find a caster to make you a Bag of Endless Caltrops.

But ask for marbles instead.

????

Profit!

You, Sir, are a genius!
(My DM is kinda uptight though... I don't think he'd go for it)

Just ask him why he's more comfortable with a damaging item, rather than one that doesn't do damage.

It depends on who steps on them. If your victim is heavy enough, they may crush the marbles instead of slipping on them.

Use shapesand. Wisdom check DC 16, marbles = jug, shovel, trombone, etc.

If you have a Collar of Perpetual Attendance (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fools/20030401c), you can tell Jeeves to clean them up (takes 2 rounds).

Or make them out of iron, drag a magnet (Dungeonscape p. 32) over the square.
