View Full Version : heroforge help

i just discovered heroforge and i must admit, the whole this is probably way beyond me.

my main problem right now, besides that i could only find it in 3.5, is that it doesn't seem to work with custom races.

is there any kind of tutorial setting on this thing?

it took me over twenty minutes to figure out that it didn't have a stat rolling function (or decide there wasn't one)

any help would be appreciated.

I don't know anything about it though, sorry

5.0.8 has a custom race tab. If you go to the 'options' tab, press the 'show custom race/class' button, then you can use the tabs to make new classses and races.

Heroforge is simple+. I use it for all my characters.

cool! is there any way to input custom weapons? some, like the fullblade don't seem to work and i think feats are a manual input job as well

I just wish it had Birthright... maybe I can add it.

something else wierd,

i'm seeing alot of #VALUE! and #N/A all over the place, but especially in the race and stats tab there are two big empty green panels on the right side that only have #N/A and # VALUE! and a very important yellow pannel with lots of drop menues, each o which has the core attributes listed

lastly the lowest panel with character level, saves and attack bonuses is also filled with this garbage, what am i doing wrong?

So, is it me or you cant prepare spells in that program?

No, you can't. You have to download Spellforge. Thats also simple and free.

One more question:

Although I activate "Races of Faerun", the Shade template is nowhere to be found. Its not there or am I doing something wrong?
