Horribly stupid question.. sorry

I can't seem to find where I can select an avatar... it should be in the user cp under an option of it's own, correct?
Do you have to have been here a certain ammount of time or have such-and-such number of posts before you're allowed an avatar?

This is a stupid question, I know, I tried searching but found nought.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Go to User CP --> Edit Options --> Miscellaneous Options.

There's a big honking list of avatar options in there.

I feel obligated to mention this, though I don't know why. Your post count and your join date mean absolutely nothing here. You who joined this month have exactly the same status as PhoeKun over there as far as the boards and moderators are concerned, and it (don't ask) happens to have the second highest post count in the forums and is one of the older people around. The only special people are the Moderators/Admins, because they keep this place going (Go mods/admins!) PhoeKun, you were simply a convenient target for my example :smalltongue:
