Monster Table (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HUBGc3-qZGbh9yhWhemNNnWcse40bLmBvRdVBOJNlnE/edit#gid=0)

Hey there Playground!

So a couple of months back, a friend and I (he's on the playground, but not as active as I am) collaborated on one of our favorite builds: the changeling egoist, using the racial substitution levels from Races of Eberron. It's a really fun and flavorful build, getting early access to metamorphosis and using metamorphic transfer at 6th level to get the maximum utility out of the power.

To that end, we worked on creating a comprehensive table for monster forms that are usable with the metamorphosis power. The link to the power itself is here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/metamorphosis.htm). Basically, any monster with fun abilities and good strengths, from any handbook we could get our hands on. We wanted forms under 15 HD obviously (that's when the power caps out), but other than that any 3.5 WotC rulebook / supplement is fair game.

What I'm looking for is, obviously, more forms. We're at 92 forms and counting. The technical ruling on metamorphosis is that continuous abilities are out (so stuff like a pixie's greater invisibility, etc), but at-will abilities are totally okay, even if it's only 3/per manifestation of the power. And of course, the type restriction of the power We've scoured all of the Monster Manuals, Lord of Madness, Fiend Folio, Draconomicon, and the Expanded Psionics Handbook for starters. But any and all help would be greatly appreciated. You're all resourceful folks, I trust you will be able to help.

I'm not sure if you've seen it yet, but there are two great (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1096231) threads (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=10479) on various forms to use in conjunction with Polymorph (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/polymorph.htm). For this purpose, Polymorph is almost functionally identical to Metamorphosis (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/metamorphosis.htm), inasmuch as both allow you to take a new form and adopt its physical ability scores, movement methods, and extraordinary attacks. Those two threads will be very helpful to you, I think; they are concise and well-organized.

For a build I have for an upcoming campaign (Thrall of Jubiliex. At will Polymorph makes metamorphic transfer really good. I made note of monsters that have cool/unique SU abilities. I will PM you the list, I will note it is not as well organized as yours but it may help you narrow down some monsters.
