3.5 Psionic Full BAB

Are there any classes with manifesting AND full BAB? By manifesting, I mean actual psionic powers, not the Soulknife's excuse for it.

No. I assume this has to do with their access to Deep Impact and similar feats, but I am not sure.

The dread champion, full bab, half manifesting, plus loads of other goodies. Entry is kind of late though.
I think it's 3.0, but should be an easy adaptation.

War Mind is a full BAB PrC which has its own manifesting progression off the PsyWar list. With Knowledge (Psionics) as a class skill and a PP reserve (neither of which is all that hard to pull off), you can enter from a 5th level, full BAB base.

For psionics progressing PrCs with full BAB, there's also Sanctified Mind, which no one's mentioned yet.

Nah, they're explicitly powers, they just happen to be based on arcane spells.

There's also Sanctified Mind (5/6) out of Lords of Madness, which I think wraps up the psi-gish PrCs that advance manifesting rather than grant their own list.

Technically third party but written by the author of the XPH: the ghostbreaker PrC, from Hyperconscious. Full manifesting, full BAB, and a few nifty (but not particularly powerful) class abilities (unless the DM allows you to use Effective Turning exactly as Turn Undead for qualifications for feats and whatnot).
