Can someone give me ALL of the stats from both the Deathtouched (DragMag313) and Magic-Blooded (Book Unknown) templates?

No, because that would constitute distributing copyrighted materials without permission of the copyright owner, which is a crime. That's what people have been telling you in the entire thread so far.

Because the content of those templates are copyrighted and not fair-use or open-source. If it's not part of D&D 3.5's or Pathfinder's System Reference Documents, it is illegal to reproduce that content on the internet for others to read.
