Well, last game a Lich desintegrated a friend's wizard, which besides making us notice that we have nothing against that kind of stuff, killed him.

So our big question now is how to ressurect him, I'm going for Wish, but what is the cost of it? Are any other ways to ressurect him? Also, he's a pile of ash right now, so
I'm kinda carrying him around in a vase

Its going to be pretty high, and remember the old maxim - "be careful what you wish for"

There is no need to use Wish (a 9th level spell) when Resurrection (a 7th level spell) specifically calls out that it can bring back someone hit by Disintegrate.

The condition of the remains is not a factor. So long as some small portion of the creature’s body still exists, it can be resurrected, but the portion receiving the spell must have been part of the creature’s body at the time of death. (The remains of a creature hit by a disintegrate spell count as a small portion of its body.)

You know, you can simply ask any 13th-level Cleric to cast Resurrection (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/resurrection.htm).
No need to employ Wishes or anything.

EDIT: Aaand I lost my Initiative check.
