Anyone have any idea on where to find rules to build an upgradeable mech suit, maybe even a class built around it? Thinking like a marine from starcraft, to which i can get a flamethrower, maybe rocket launcher.

if 3rd party material is allowed, Aegis is far and away your best option.

Thats what i was thinking, however flamethrower is a small problem, and I thought about reflavoring the warpriest, and just say my armor does all the things my spells do.

Eh, just UMD wands of what effects suit your image (heh). A level in Rogue and Pragmatic Activator will net you a high enough bonus.

Synthesist seems it could be refluffed to be mostly this?

This. Just get power stones for any weapon systems that don't have an easier analog.

There's actual flame throwers you can buy under here:

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/firearms/modern-firearms

Note that the cost for doing so, is actually 10 times the price listed because those prices use special setting rules that make guns super cheap. You or your DM or whoever is in power can just take the prices as listed in the entry.

Also, here's a baseclass in 3.5 someone homebrewed up for a contest all about playing a mecha pilot. You can adapt it into PF with a few alterations to the skill system.

You can also get powered armor under PFSRD if you type "Technological Armor" in the search menu if you want powered armor options.

The rules for it are found Here (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/building-and-modifying-constructs#TOC-Construct-Armor), although it's hard to find worthwhile constructs that are the size to fit you.

Also seems like it should allow them to be bigger than you are, but oh well.
