Hey Playgrounders. I'm interested in rolling a melee-oriented Scrollmaster for an upcoming campaign (the Wizard archetype that lets you whack people with scrolls). However, I'm a little bit worried about the damage that the Scrollmaster's scrolls take while he's laying down pain on his enemies as those costs may become prohibitive. I'm not overly concerned about optimization, as you may have guessed from my choice of archetype, but I would like to know if there is any way to get additional hitpoints on one's scrolls or if hardness of the scroll averts the damage it takes from being used to club enemies (eg, by making your scroll out of special material). The fact that the entry on the Scrollmaster talks about scrollblades inscribed with cantrips makes me think that it may be possible to get around this little limitation.
Thanks in advance!
