Are there any interesting enchantments specific to bucklers out there?
Anything like Morphing, but for shields?
...or just interesting shield enchantments that go well on bucklers in general.

Just found the Variable shield property in the MIC

First, use a Dwarven Buckler-Axe. It can be enchanted as a shield, but does not incur the -1 "using that arm" penalty that other bucklers get.
Second, get a Lesser Crystal of Arrow Deflection (2500 GP, MIC) on there ASAP. +5 untyped AC bonus against all ranged attacks.
After that... I like to put Soulfire (+4 enhancement, BoED) or Freedom (+5 enhancement, MIC) on bucklers, as it's usually cheaper than putting them on armor which may already have other enchantments. However, those are both pretty expensive. Death Ward (+1 enhancement, MIC) is popular, but there's kinda a big gap between there and Soulfire/Freedom that is full of terrible enhancements. My usual go-to in the mid-enhancement range is Fortification +1/+3.
Variable (+1 enhancement, MIC) has a few interesting possibilities, particularly if you can make it out of Riverine and then add something like Flying (Magic of Faerun) or Spider Bound (Drow of the Underdark).

And here's a link to Time Buttress (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/items/armorAndShields.htm#timeButtress).
Though +5 is an awfully high price to pay for a 1/day ability, even one as powerful as Timeless Body.

Fortification is indeed good.
+3 for greater version is by far the best +3 enhancement.
An excellent guide to options, rated by usefulness for each enhancement level, is here (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1064841).
