If I win init then heres my turn:
Standard Action: Cast blade barrier in the form of a circle so that the closest edge is right in front of me and the other edge is on it. DC21 Reflex negates to jump out of the way, it's choice which side.
Move Action: Draw bastard sword.
"My greetings to you!"

If I lose init then i'm just waiting until whatever he does happens because it depends.
Edit: Forgot buffs, here they are:
DMM extended Righteous might (now huge size, +4 STR +2 CON +2Nat Armor DR6/Evil) [23 rounds remaining]
DMM extended Divine Power (+6 STR +12 Temp hp) [22 rounds remaining]
Protection from evil (+2 AC +2 saves, both assuming its evil) [doubt min/lvl matters in this]

Also since I'm huge the center of my tile would be J19 technically.

I'm pretty sure my 12 temp health goes away first so it would be 190 hp. Also I just realized I have effective 56AC which might be a bit too high even considering there are a lot of things I am doing to buff it. I'll just wait to see if it can hit me.

I don't even think by raw I can turn the daze off, I'd assume I am able but you can just always assume I am going for it unless otherwise specified. I'll try to always post the DC though since it can fluctuate with buffs.

He makes it. All you have to counter is a solitary potion of flight. But something you can do once doesn't really strike me as OP'ness.

So he just breathes on you till you die?

Yeah. I could delay with things like Sanctuary, Calm Emotions maybe, Protection from energy (acid), then I'm cleric so heals for days.

As per phb my vertical reach is technically 32ft as I am huge currently, I could roll an 18 on a jump check to jump up 8 feet but yeah, the acid kinda just kills me and jumping isn't really feasible. Plus he can just fly slightly higher and I'm dead. Time to roll up the next monster.

I think that's a lost, because any sort of enemy that does that to a cop, is pretty much getting away.

But if you beat only one, I give that to you as assuming it was a good match up, or alot of luck. As you lost to the two monsters, you can't win more then one.
