Are you intentionally blending 3.x and 4e sources? If so I would only pull over the general info from the edition you *don't* plan on using. Rather than trying to do a complete translation you are going to be better off re-statting the npc's and encounters.

First of all, a few minor corrections. Draconomicon is a single book, with dragons that fit into neither chromatic nor metallic categories. By "Eberron" do you mean, all Eberron books or "Eberron Campaign Setting"? Same with "Forgotten Realms". Mortis Libris should be Libris Mortis. Expanded psionics should be Expanded Psionics Handbook. Finally, Tome of Blood should be Tome and Blood.

That being said, here is a (I think fairly comprehensive) list of books, which you have not included:

Arms and Equipment Guide
Book of Challenges
Cityscape
Defenders of the Faith - A Guidebook to Clerics and Paladins
Dragon Magic
Drow of the Underdark
Dungeonscape
Elder Evils
Enemies and Allies
Epic Insights
Epic Level Handbook
Exemplars of Evil
Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss
Fiendish Codex II: Tyrants of the Nine Hells
Frostburn
Hero Builder's Guidebook
Heroes of Battle
Heroes of Horror
Lords of Madness
Magic of Incarnum
Masters of the Wild: A guidebook to Barbarians, Druids, and Rangers
Miniatures Handbook
Planar Handbook
Oriental Adventures
Races of Destiny
Races of Stone
Races of the Dragon
Races of the Wild
Savage Species
Spell Compendium
Stormwrack
Sword and Fist - A Guidebook to Fighters and Monks
Tome of Battle
Tome of Magic
Unearthed Arcana
Weapons of Legacy
_____Eberron_____
An Adventurer's Guide to Eberron
City of Stormreach
Dragonmarked
Dragons of Eberron
Eberron Campaign Setting
Explorer's Handbook
Faiths of Eberron
Five Nations
Grasp of the Emerald Claw
Magic of Eberron
Races of Eberron
Player's Guide to Eberron
Secrets of Sarlona
Secrets of Xen'drik
Shadows of the Last War
Sharn - City of Towers
The Forge of War
Whispers of the Vampire's Blade
_____Forgotten Realms_____
A Grand History of the Realms
Anauroch - Empire of the Shade
Champions of Ruin
Champions of Valor
City of Splendors - Waterdeep
City of the Spider Queen
Cormyr - the Tearing of the Weave
Deities
Expedition to Undermountain
Faiths and Pantheons
Fang, Beak, and Claw
The Silver Marches
Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting
Into the Dragon's Lair
Lords of Darkness
Monsters of Faerun
Mysteries of the Moonsea
Player's Guide to Faerun
Power of Faerun
Races of Faerun
Serpent Kingdoms
Shadowdale - The Scouring of the Land
Shining South
Sons of Gruumsh
The Complete Prestige Classes Compendium
The Twilight Tomb
Unapproachable East

In addition, there are a large number of published adventures (of which a few actually have original content), a few other campaign settings (I have the Dragonlance and Kingdoms of Kalamar books), additional books such as "Gazetteer" and "Map Folio I" and II which just have some example stuff, not very heavy on actual rules content. And then you have to decide whether you're including Dragon Compendium, Dragon Magazine content, other magazines (like Dungeon), web content; should probably get ahold of the errata files and web enhancements.

If you are, in fact, intentionally combinine 3.x and 4.0 sources, then I'm sure there's a much larger selection of books you need, as I only covered 3.x sources.

Wikipedia is your friend! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dungeons_%26_Dragons_rulebooks#Dungeons_.2 6_Dragons_3rd_edition_and_v3.5)

As are the forums. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?96901-List-of-3-5e-books)

And some other forums. (http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2jyts?Complete-list-of-35-WotC-Products)

And as aspekt said and ezkajii inadvertently commented on, what's with the 4e books in there?

Here's a few of them, but there are likely more:

The extra Draconomicons
The Adventurer's Vaults
Arcane Power
Player's Option: [anything]
Any Dark Sun books

Actually, there is some 3.5 Dark Sun stuff, if you know where to look.

The PHB he lists are likely 4e sources as well, considering he specifies 1-3. DMG 1 & 2 could be either edition.

To the OP; you seem to be in a similar situation as when I first started playing D&D. 4e had just been released and I didn't know the difference between the editions. You should pick one and stick to it. They're not compatable with each other.

I think I found them here (http://www.athas.org/products?utf8=%E2%9C%93&publisher=Athas.org&name=&commit=search) a while back.
