Wizard A cast dominate person on Mr.target and order him to sit on the bench.(let's assume that there is a bench.)
later but in the some round, Sorcerer B cast dominate person on Mr.target and order him to go to market and buy a CLW potion for him.
Question: What will Mr.target do after this?
1. Roll opposed caster level check and do as winner's order
2. He does nothing and stay still
3. His head explode
4. Something else

By RAW, opposed Charisma check between the two controllers to establish dominance. It's under the Combining Magical Effects section in the PHB.

Well, before you get to that point, you try to obey both commands to the fullest extent possible. It's only after that becomes impossible that you roll the opposed Cha checks.

In this case, both commands can be obeyed. When the first caster ordered "sit on the bench", the poor schmuck obeyed. But as any dog can tell you, there's a difference between "sit" and "stay". The caster didn't order the person to stay on the bench, so having once sat, he's free to get up again (say, to go to the market as later commanded).

If, on the other hand, the wizard had ordered the person to sit on the bench all day, then you'd need the opposed Cha check, since obeying both has become impossible.

Or strap the bench to his butt and head to town.

Or strap the bench to his butt and head to town.

Literally, if it doesn't weigh too much.
