When an enhancement says it costs +x, that makes perfect sense.

Im a little confused about the ones that say +x GP. Do you use the nearest gold level of enhancement bonus, or no bonus at all. either seems like it could work..

It means it's a flat cost no matter how many enhancements are on the weapon.

You just add the GP cost of the enchantment to the weapon's overall cost. It doesn't affect the pluses of the weapon at all, though it must still be +1 to be enchanted.

To calculate a weapon's price in GP, you add together 4 numbers: the weapon's base price (provided in the Player's Handbook), the masterwork price (150 gp for armor, 300 gp for weapons), the effective enhancement bonus cost (1000*B*B for armor, 2000*B*B for weapons), and the price of any add-ons, such as special materials, enchantments, and so on. If the item in question is a double weapon, you must purchase the masterwork weapon quality, weapon enchantments, and add-ons separately for each end.
