I wonder if anyone knows what the original publication date of OotS #1 was? I know it was in 2003, but when in 2003?

So, september 29th, 2003 was the date.

So in five months, OOTS has it's fourth birthday, at an estimated 550ish strips.

I'm pretty sure The Giant keeps track of things like this for his records... but I think he'll be saving the celebration for the big numbers, like the 5-year mark. Important things always come every 5 years, dontcha know. :smalltongue:

The 5th anniversary issue would be what, 780? Or have there been occasional hiatuses in the strip that would make the number a little lower than that?
