persists be party buffs

My lazy cleric doesn't wanna go through the 9 million splat books for 3.5 to find party buffs that are persistsble. Currently using mass lesser vigor, channeled divine shield.
can persist 4 spells, and we have a lesser extend rod

Persistent spells must have a personal range or a fixed range. That limits things a lot as far as buffing others goes.

Note they're not all Cleric buffs, and lesser spells have been omitted in favor of higher level versions that do more (e.g. Greater Vigor instead of Lesser Vigor).

With Reach Spell and Ocular Spell metamagic you can turn touch and variable range spells into fixed range spells. Given that metamagic feats are applied in the order you want, this technically works, although DM's may still banhammer it as overpowered.

Righteous Wrath of the Faithful in SC is a top contender. Either Bless or Blessed Aim is useful if you don't have anything better.

Recitation is another good one from SC. It's a fourth level spell +2 to AC, saves and to-hit which goes up to +3 for targets that worship the same deity.
