Hello masters :D

I am currently playing a 10lvl wizard !!! Do you know any spell that doesn't have as a save the opponent's will and that damages his will either directly or in the form of penalty to his wisdom , ????

"Fireball until they consent to take the spell" is a classic.

Baleful Polymorph forces the victim to use the base saves of the animal it's turned into. But at that point you can just step on them.

Is this (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/mindFog.htm) the spell you're looking for?
Maybe this (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/enervation.htm), if you don't want them to use Will save?

Anything that makes them Shaken (usually after a Will save) or Sickened (usually after a Fort save) is also a good bet.

I've never understood the point of Mind Fog. If you could get the enemy to fail the save vs. the fog, why not just get him to fail the save against whatever you're setting up with it?

Drop it on a group, Dominate/Charm the one that failed the save.

Does the Mind Fog indicate which creature failed the save? Unlike with a compulsion, there isn't really a way to make sure.

Greater Arcane Sight, however, will answer the question by way of telling you who all's under the effects of what spells.

But yeah, for most D&D players, Mind Fog will usually not be worth the action to cast.

Sadly, he can't even cast GAS for 3 more levels.

All you need is another AoE will save with an actual effect. Detect Thoughts (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/detectThoughts.htm) is the typical solution.

Edit: Shadow Conjuration or Shadow Evocation is also good for that.

Sense Motive DC 25 will also tell you who failed the mind fog save (i.e. who is being affected by an enchantment.) It says "generally" sense motive takes at least a minute; if there's a way to speed up the check this will keep you from needing a third spell.

Bonus - if you find a way to speed up the check, you should be able to read everyone nearby simultaneously.

Bards can use Inspire Awe (Dragon Magic) to make enemies shaken, which gives them a -2 to all saves. It allows a Will save, but the DC is based on a Perform check, so it's going to be way too high for most enemies to reasonably pass.

You can also shake them the old-fashioned way, with an Intimidate check to demoralize them.

Baleful Polymorph into something with a bad will save, as has already been mentioned.
Symbol of Pain gives -4 to all saves if you can get them to look at it.
Contagion can be used to lower their will saves via wisdom damage.
Enervation lowers saves by 1d4 as a result of the negative levels.
Touch of Idiocy can lower Will saves by lowering wisdom.
Ghoul Touch can sicken people, which causes -2 to saves.
