Dervish detail question

It's not clear in the book and I've not found a thread that addressed this specific question.

The book states that the Dervishes Dance lasts for 1 round per 2 Dance ranks. So if one has 6 Dance ranks, the Dervish Dance lasts 3 rounds. Does that mean if one has a speed of 40, they move 8 squares each round or up to 8 squares or 3 rounds whichever comes first? I'm pretty sure it's the former but would like to be sure.

Also, if the character has two weapon or multi-weapon fighting, and say a +6/+1 BAB, do they get 3 attacks each step or 1?

Its 40 ft per round, for 3 rounds, its why the Dervish is awesome.

You get the same number of attacks as normal in each round, you just move between them.
