Do trait bonuses to saves stack with trait bonuses vs effects?

E.G. the Human trait Carefully Hidden grants a +1 bonus to Will saves and a +2 bonus to saving throws versus divination effects... which are also typically Will Saves. Does a character with this trait have +3, or +2, against Scrying?

A Barbarian's Rage is a +Strength morale bonus, and a Bard's Inspire Courage is a +attack/damage morale bonus... would you have them stack?

Another question along similar lines: suppose we have the Sarenrae trait Blade of Mercy for +1 nonlethal slashing damage and the Combat trait Dirty Fighter for +1 flanking damage... do we do +1 or +2 damage when flanking and dealing nonlethal slashing damage?

All bonuses stack as long as they don't go to the exact same thing.

"Many traits grant a new type of bonus: a “trait” bonus. Trait bonuses do not stack—they’re intended to give player characters a slight edge, not a secret backdoor way to focus all of a character’s traits on one type of bonus and thus gain an unseemly advantage. It’s certainly possible, for example, that somewhere down the line, a “Courageous” trait might be on the list of dwarf race traits, but just because this trait is on both the dwarf race traits list and the basic combat traits list doesn’t mean you’re any more brave if you choose both versions than if you choose only one.

Character traits are only for player characters. If you want an NPC to have traits, that NPC must “buy” them with the Additional Traits feat. Player characters are special; they’re the stars of the game, after all, and it makes sense that they have an advantage over the NPCs of the world in this way."

You would get +1 to all will saves, +2 against divination will saves.

Sort of.
Bonuses of the same type, applying to the same thing, do not stack.
> Barbarian Rage adds Morale to STR, Skald Rage adds Morale to STR, this is the same type of bonus to the same thing, so they do NOT stack.
> Barbarian Rage adds Morale to STR, Bard Inspire Courage adds Morale to To-Hit/Damage, these bonuses are applying to different things so they DO stack.
There are a few specific exceptions, such as Dodge Bonuses to AC DO stack with other Dodge Bonuses.

Untyped Bonuses stack as long as they do not have the same source.
> Blade of Mercy trait adds +1 (untyped) to damage with Nonlethal attacks, Dirty Fighter adds +1 (untyped) damage to Flanking attacks. Since these are both untyped they will stack with anything else (assuming you are making Nonlethal/Flanking attacks anyway).

Uh what.

Bonuses as a general rule DONT stack (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/basics-ability-scores/glossary#TOC-Bonus) unless they're a circumstance bonus (but not from the same source), racial bonus, dodge bonus, an untyped bonus, or is otherwise noted. There are some special instances.

Trait bonuses do not stack with other trait bonuses, period.

You would get +1 to all will saves, +2 against divination will saves.
To be even more clear: If it is a "generic" will save you get a +1 bonus, if it is a will save against a divination you get a +2 bonus instead of the +1 bonus.
