I was havn't difficulty reading the table trying to determine a price.
I know first that an armor needs to be a minimum of +1 before enchanting.
So +1 is 1000g
Then im having a hard time determining what the soulfire enchantment cost.

Soulfire on its own is a +4 enhancement, which would cost 16,000pg. Since the weapon needs to be +1 to hold an enhancement, the total enhancement would be +5 (25,000gp). So a +1 Mithral Shirt with Soulfire would cost 26,100gp. Broken down it looks like this: (5x5x1,000) +1,100 = 26,100gp (Total enhancement bonus squared multiplied by 1,000 plus the cost of the Mithral Shirt).

Now, if you want that to be Glamered, you would just add 2,700pg to the cost of the armor, as it is a flat gp addition, not an enhancement bonus. That said, the total cost would be 28,800gp.

By my guess, it'd cost the same as a +5 Mithril Shirt before you Glamered enchantment on it.

A mithral shirt has a base cost of 1100 gp.
For armor enchants and special abilities, you just add them all together to determine the effective enhancement bonus for pricing.
Flat costs are added as flat costs.

So a +1 soulfire mithral shirt is effectively a +5 mithral shirt.

So you're looking at 1100(base) + 25000(+5 cost) + 2700(flat cost for glammered).

28800 total.

No, a total enhancement bonus of +5 is 25,000gp.
