Community Challenge: Building a S.W.A.T. like Explosives Expert

Like the title says, if you were going to make a character who was on the fantasy equivalent of a S.W.A.T styled team who was supposed to be the resident explosives expert, how would you build them? Gestalt builds are allowed, and you have to all official published 1st party 3.5 material, including dragon magazine. Am curious to see what the community can come up with.

Oh yeah, bonus points and brownies to anyone that wants to go above and beyond and throw together the other 3-4 members of that squad. Im guessing probably the typical squad would also have the close quarters combatant who's there to kick the door in, the medic, the marksman\sniper, and the Sergeant in charge\negotiator. Though feel free to take liberties and fill out the squad as you see fit.
