If the target makes a successful will save, and a successful spell resistance check, what happens to Vision Obscuring (sight block from the fog) and the 5ft movement rule in the fog?

I know that the acid damage is reduced to 3/5th for the will save, and 0 against the spell resistance.

As for making saves, 60% chance it works. Maybe make the check every round and keep it consistant for everyone, seperately for each effect. I would rule that SR would mean that you ignore the movement penalty (or keep it consistant with SR and shadow summons), but the cloud has a 60% chance to break line of sight, which is external to every creature and so spell resistance would not apply. The reasoning for this is that tiny hut (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/tinyHut.htm) is one of the few evocations that is SR:no, and it's main effect is breaking line of sight.

hope that helps.
