I saw it like last week when I was reading some campaign setting. It was something like a template added onto a caster who was the strongest arcane caster in that setting (or maybe it was the school)
He got quite a few nice perks with no LA, but you need to accept anyone that challenges you for your seat to non lethal magical combat.
It preceded to give an npc that was like lv 22 with like 3 levels of archmage that currently holds the seat.
I am trying to hunt down where I saw this. If I had to guess it would be Forgotten Realms, but I cant be 100% sure of that.
Does anyone know what I am talking about?
