Deep crystal arrows

Can 50 deep crystal arrows be charged at once by spending 2 power points?

The rules only specify the behavior for weapons, and metaphysical weapon (SRD) states:


Alternatively, you can affect up to fifty arrows, bolts, or bullets. The projectiles must be of the same type, and they have to be together (such as in the same quiver). Projectiles, but not thrown weapons, lose their enhancement when used. (Treat shuriken as projectiles, rather than thrown weapons, for the purpose of this power.)

Shouldn't this also apply to affecting psionically resonating arrows with "power"

No. The rules for Metaphysical Weapon cannot be generalized to all psionic effects that affect weapons (if only because they are supposed to be the rules for enchanting weapons, since it's a temporary enchant effect). Even if you could generalize an effect's rule like that, Metaphysical Weapon wouldn't be the effect you'd use. Instead, look at every "hit once and then it discharges" effect - every one affects just one weapon, whether sword or arrow.

As written, 2PP gets you one charged arrow.
