I know two or three but I would not recommend them.

The adventure zone at maximum fun dot org. It's a bi-weekly podcast. They're about 8 episodes so far.

Pretend Wizards (http://www.pretendwizards.com/) is the best one I've found. They started back in the playtest material, and the DM can't remember the rules to save his life, but they're a pretty funny bunch with good audio quality. And they aren't all drunk, which is a huge plus considering that most D&D podcasts with good audio tend to be played by drunkards (or so I've found). And the DM, despite his rules failures, actually has built a pretty cool world/plot that gets better the further into it you get.

Here's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqFOcFOZqds) a link to me and my friend's youtube video of it.

It's not the highest quality, in audio or actual play, but I like to think it's pretty good. Self-plug, so take it as you will.

Slight warning, they are mostly chaotic neutrals with some serious grudges, so women and children get killed. a lot.

The Chaotic Neutral D&D podcast. Couple friends of mine make it. Sound quality isn't always the best, and they're new to podcasting, but they do a pretty decent job, and the story is quite entertaining.
