Prismatic OP build?

So I have a player that wants to have a prismatic colors themed character does anyone know of any high op builds preferably one with Initiate of the sevenfold veil involved. I don't care what it can do but I want to see how to works mechanically and talk to them about the dos and don'ts of what I'll allow in my game so they don't just spring something on me last second or come up with a combo I'm not prepared for.
