Is there an online or downloadable 3.5 character generator that has more than just the standard d&d players hand book options in it? Preferably i'd like to find one that supports all the expanded 3.5 stuff and the pathfinder 3.5 stuff as well.

Heroforge for 3.5

YAPCG for pathfinder.

as far as I know, there doesn't really exist a good tool for both though. Probably because in order to do anything it involves massive DM adjucation and no two DMs will implement 3.P in the same way.
