Grey Render in 5e: lets update our 4 armed friend

I noticed that there was no Grey Render in the 5e Monster manual,
any ideas on how they would look in 5e?

any ideas on how they would look in 5e?


Probably the same as in 3.5 edition - a Huge 6 eyed monster that has an apelike posture and body proportions, and has two arms.

I also liked how it bonded with creatures in its habitat and protected them and cared for them, even bringing back food which it had rendered lovingly.
