Hey, I am currently making a campaign world and my maps are pretty crappy and hand drawn. I figure I'd recruit some of my fellow OOTSers to help me fix this problem.
Here are is the basic world:

It's divided up into four elements, with the corresponding regions: ice, woodlands, plains, and volcanic regions.
And here's a version where you can see the country names and main cities more easily (not how the world really looks, in both of them for that matter, they're just a rough representation):
