Star Punch!

I've taken a significant interest in Punch-Out lately, since recent events made me remember that the Wii game is so damn good. I'm currently curious if there are any existing mechanics like the Star Punch, where a well-placed blow or two grants you a one-use super-move. I'm thinking that the closest match I know of is feats that require you to expend psionic focus, in combination with the Critical Refocus and Deep Focus feats (Ultimate Psionics, Dreamscarred Press). Also on the table is Deadly Strikes, the Stalker class feature that adds "precision" damage dice to attacks against a creature you critically hit for your initiation modifier in rounds.

Does anyone know of any other features or feats that do similar, in all of 3.5 and Pathfinder?

Stormguard Warrior feat (ToB) - Combat Rhythm ability. Make as many melee touch attacks as you can in one round and in the next round unload a lot of damage.
