If I have myself a small sized Curve Blade Elven, or used a feat like Monkey Grip to wield it in one hand would it then work with the Slashing Grace feat to add DEX to damage?

No. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/slashing-grace-combat)
"Choose one kind of one-handed slashing weapon (such as the longsword)."
First sentence doesn't care how many hands are wielding it, it still needs to be a One-Hand weapon.

And the last sentence...
"The weapon must be one appropriate for your size."

You're probably looking for effortless lace (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/specific-magic-weapons/effortless-lace). Take a weapon that already qualifies for SG, stick this lace on it, and now it qualifies for its counterpart Weapon Finesse as well. Ta dah!

Which still doesn't help with the Curve Blade problem, as the Lace can only go on a 1-hand weapon to start, and only gives "wrong size" reduction if you try to wield a larger weapon (which would mean having to 2-hand a larger 1-hand).

I suppose a better question is...Why do you want/need a Curve Blade in the first place?
None of the "DEX to damage" abilities let you add "1.5x DEX to damage" anyway. If nothing else, just throw Agile (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/magic-weapon-special-abilities/agile) on something and go.

Share's the higher Crit chance, good damage die and just seems cool through a flavor perspective.
Seeing them used at the start of Lord of the Rings was awesome.

Deadly Agility (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/feats#TOC-Deadly-Agility-Combat-) from Path of War would cover that.
Its third party - but from a well-known third party source.

That's exactly what I'm looking for! :D
Thanks. :)
