D&D paint log

[WilsonUndead]

Hey everyone! Played D&D years ago with 3e, but haven't played since. My cousin, my gf and I decided to jump into 5e, with our first game tonight.
I figured I'd make a plog for the minis, since a lot of them I'll be converting using models and bits I already own.
Not sure if this belongs here or not or if anyone has any interest in it but let me know.
For others, I'll be buying the official ones and converting/repainting to taste.

My first painted mini (except base) is my gfs Dragonborn sorceress. Thought about head swapping with a lizardman face but thought it would ruin the model, so she's a very humanesque Dragonborn.

Next up is a human cleric, a Dragonborn wizard, and then in the mail I have a halfling rogue, elf monk, and a blue Slaad. All PCs. (Yes I made a Slaad pc lol)

Nicely done. I like the colors chosen, white and gold mixing well a while the red and purple create an interesting combination. Which paints did you use?

Thanks a lot, the character is neutral so I tried to stay away from dark colours considering the skin tone already gives off an evil feeling.
Paints are just GW colours, they are all I own lol

I've never been much of a painter myself, so kudos to you! I like the bronze holy symbol on the cleric's back, looks very dangerous!

Thanks guys! The monk is my pc (my gf and I are both running two each since there is only us and the DM), he's probing to be an absolute beast, same with the halfling, which is funny because those two arent our main characters, we thought our barb and sorc were going to be the kill hogs lol.

I've just finished a bunch of zombies and a bunch of goblins which I'll post soon, but for now here is a dwarf fighter/paladin/cleric in case we ever need one. I have two more dwarf characters on the table and after that it's going to be some elf/human ranger/rogues.
