Dread necro and Death master lichdom

Ok so I am new to dming and a question was brought up to me. Cause the dread necro doesnt gain a level adjustment from her lichdom does a Death master not as well?

That is correct. The general consensus for templates gained from classes is no LA since you "paid" for it by investing all the levels in the class.

Be forewarned that the Dread Necro's lichdom is written somewhat poorly and never explicitly states that you get the lich template, only the benefits of being undead. While I have never seen a DM rule that is the case, it is still there.
