Quiver of Anariel: (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Quiver_of_Anariel)

Basically its a quiver that will infinitely produce magic arrows what I am wondering is if there is a way to have the same effect or producing +4 arrows with a cheaper price tag than 92,000gp?
Cheers Playground

EDIT: I want them to be +4 Properties so casting greater magic weapon on normal arrows would not meet the requirements of what I want sadly.

Why not homebrew off a homebrewed item? The homebrew subforum is your best bet.

A Quiver of Plenty (Dragon Compendium) costs 18000 GP. Adding a use-activated greater magic weapon spell effect with a CL 16 would be 96000 GP. It looks like the Quiver of Anariel (http://web.archive.org/web/20080216073025/http://ww2.wizards.com/Books/Wizards/?doc=fr_lonedrowstats) here, as overpriced as it may be, is actually the cheaper option.

So, in a word... no. Unless you want to homebrew something, in which case just pick a price that looks appropriate to your particular campaign.

Even if you did homebrew an item, the item creation cost guidelines would just tell you to price it the same as the Quiver of Anariel, anyway, since the strongest of those guidelines is to compare it to similar existing items.

Why not put the +4 properties on the bow, and then GMW the quiver? You'll waste a +1 in there somewhere but the bow will confer the other properties to your ammunition.

I'd assume the bow already has a bunch of enchantments on it, and he wants to double up
