Prestige Songs of Creation

So I was always wondering if there were any prestige classes for Bards who used item creation feats. I was thinking kinda like how in Middle Earth the world was created by a song so I figured there'd be something like that for players wanting to turn songs into physical form.

If not, could anyone help me make a homebrew one?

Hrm, I'm not sure about the idea of enchanting permanent magic items through song. It doesn't seem to mesh well with existing fluff, to me. What I could see, is singing up temporary effects with ectoplasm, doing similar things to the Shaper psionics specialisation.

Also words of creation feat, but that's not exactly what you describe.
