player 1 has a polearm and the polearm master feat.

player 2 has a polearm and the mobility feat.

player 2's turn he moves in to make an attack with reach.

since both players have reach, how does this resolve? does the polearm master get the reaction attack or does player 2's mobility feat along with attacking on his turn negate this?

Polearm Master gets the reaction when the other character moves into his reach. This happens before the other character could make an attack. After the reaction resolves, the Mobility player can attack, and move away. Once he attacks, the Polearm Master can't OA him anymore, but that doesn't matter, because he already took his OA.
