Kaorti Resin?

While looking up weapon materials I've heard this talked about constantly.
But apparently it's only source is an online wizards article, one that the site cannot find/load anymore.

So I'm wondering if anyone here can point me to somewhere else that lists the details?
A book, a handbook, a forum topic etc?

Mainly I just need to know the gold cost of applying it to a Rapier.

Gotta bring this up, AEG mercenaries had "lamented steel" as a weapon modifier,
which increased damage and critical multiplier by 1.

Is there a way to combo this with Kaorti Resin for X5 crit multiplier?

I think the resin replaces the original crit modifier, so no.
