That's pretty awesome. I only skimmed it (busy at the moment), but it looks great. I'll definitely be giving this a closer look later.

I dunno Luffy Zoro and Sanji routinely display physical strength that's well above normal. Heck as far back as Skypeia he was whacking people with a couple tons of gold attached to one hand

You're better off not using point buy systems to represent characters whose strength is far beyond what D&D 5e characters are capable of. Luffy, Sanji and Zoro would all have had STR values above 20. Sanji would also have had a dex above 20 to start off with and Luffy and Zoro would grow beyond dex before long as well. Franky would also have a starting strength above 20.

Yeah making Shonen anime characters fit into numerical systems is always nigh impossible. They just go through so much serial escalation that no dice keeps up. I remember a DBZ RPG that tried to follow power levels and eventually you just ran out of D6s on Earth to run the game

It's pretty much impossible to make these characters in D&D. These are adaptation to what they would or could be if they fit within 20 levels of D&D 5e and could be used as actual characters minus the overpowered magic items of course.
