In order to qualify for a feat I want to use on my build I need 16 charisma which is doable, the question then has to be asked though, what uses can a druid make out of decent charisma if they have a familiar instead of an animal companion.

(Eldritch Heritage is generally a decent choice.)

L.....leadership? No seriously. You can have a pack of wolves or something just by using Handle Animal.

Charisma on ALL your saves (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/divine-protection) if you go domain druid.

Or if you really want an animal companion go Animal Domain (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/domains/paizo---domains/animal-domain) (or feather (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/domains/paizo---domains/animal-domain/feather)).
If you care about the level loss, Boon Companion (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/boon-companion).

Nereid's Grace is on the Druid's spell list. Non-Undines qualify for it.

Wild Empathy is good, it's charisma-based too.

Uh that's all I can come up with right now. Yeah, the whole Eldritch Heritage probably works.

Charisma can be useful when using A Thousand Faces (13th level ability). It helps with Disguise, and if you're using Disguise skill, then you may also have use for Diplomacy and/or Bluff.
